Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to all products and services provided by Sprouto InfoSolutions Private Limited ("Sprouto," "we," "us," or "our"), including but not limited to SendZen.io, Robofy.ai, and any other products or services we offer. Please read this Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Our Products and Services

Sprouto InfoSolutions Private Limited owns and operates the following products and services:

  • SendZen.io - Email marketing and automation platform
  • Robofy.ai - AI-powered automation and workflow solutions
  • sprouto.net - Corporate website and services portal

This Policy applies to all products and services owned and operated by Sprouto InfoSolutions Private Limited.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Subscription Services

For subscription-based services (monthly, annual, or other recurring billing cycles):

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at info@sprouto.net
  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your paid billing period
  • No refunds will be provided for the remaining unused portion of your current billing period unless otherwise specified
  • To avoid future charges, you must cancel before your next billing date

2.2 One-Time Purchases

For one-time purchases of products or services:

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase
  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing to info@sprouto.net
  • We reserve the right to refuse cancellation if the product or service has been substantially used or consumed

2.3 Custom Services and Consultations

For custom development, consulting, or training services:

  • Cancellation must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date
  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing to info@sprouto.net
  • If cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service, a cancellation fee may apply
  • For services already rendered or partially completed, cancellation may not be available, and refunds will be prorated based on work completed

3. Refund Policy

3.1 General Refund Terms

All refund requests are subject to review and approval by Sprouto InfoSolutions Private Limited. Refunds, when approved, will be processed within 14-30 business days to the original payment method.

3.2 Subscription Services Refunds

For subscription-based services:

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Refunds are generally not available for monthly subscriptions. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances within 7 days of the initial purchase.
  • Annual Subscriptions: If you cancel an annual subscription within 30 days of purchase, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the unused portion, minus any applicable fees.
  • Refunds will not be provided for subscriptions cancelled after the initial refund period
  • Any promotional discounts or free trial periods are non-refundable

3.3 One-Time Purchase Refunds

For one-time purchases:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase
  • The product or service must be unused or in its original condition
  • Refunds may be subject to a processing fee of up to 10% of the purchase amount
  • Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed may not be eligible for refund

3.4 Custom Services and Consultations Refunds

For custom services, development projects, or consultations:

  • Refunds are calculated based on work completed and materials used
  • If work has not commenced, a full refund may be available minus any administrative fees
  • If work has partially commenced, a prorated refund will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed
  • If work has been substantially completed or delivered, no refund will be provided
  • All refund requests must be made within 14 days of service completion or delivery

3.5 Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

  • Services that have been fully rendered or delivered
  • Digital products that have been downloaded, accessed, or activated
  • Custom development work that has been substantially completed
  • Training sessions or consultations that have been conducted
  • Any fees paid for third-party services or integrations
  • Promotional or discounted items unless otherwise specified

4. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

To request a cancellation or refund:

  1. Send an email to info@sprouto.net with the subject line "Cancellation Request" or "Refund Request"
  2. Include your account information, order number, or transaction ID
  3. Provide a detailed reason for your cancellation or refund request
  4. For refunds, include proof of purchase if available

We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 14-30 business days to your original payment method.

5. Payment Processing

We use third-party payment processors, including Stripe, to process payments. Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction. The time it takes for refunds to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider, we reserve the right to:

  • Immediately suspend or terminate your account
  • Dispute the chargeback with relevant documentation
  • Refuse future service

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Policy on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date.
