Advice from people who also have to build it.
Workflow selection, feasibility, governance, and sequencing, grounded in delivery experience. The output is a plan you can execute, not a document you can admire.
Why strategy is failing at most enterprises.
Most AI strategies we review share the same defects. They inventory use cases without costing them. They rank by excitement rather than by readiness. They treat governance as a compliance chapter instead of an architecture. And they are written by people who will not be present when the recommendations meet the ERP.
We consult from a different position. We build and operate these systems, on our own platform, inside environments like yours. That changes the advice. It gets more specific, more cautious in some places, more aggressive in others, and considerably shorter.
What the work produces.
A workflow map with an honest ranking
Your candidate workflows assessed on definability, volume, verifiability, and integration cost. Some of your favorite candidates will rank poorly. We will show you why.
ROI models a CFO can interrogate
Current cost per unit of work, projected cost under AI, transition cost, and the assumptions stated plainly enough to challenge.
A governance design, not a chapter
Model usage policy, data boundaries, human checkpoints, and audit requirements, specified at the level engineers can implement.
Build, buy, or wait, called honestly
Some problems are solved by existing tools. Some deserve custom builds. Some are not ready. We say which, and our incentives do not depend on the answer being "build."
A sequenced roadmap
Twelve to eighteen months, opening with a first win small enough to ship in a quarter and measurable enough to fund the rest.
Three ways to engage.
Opportunity Sprint, 2 to 3 weeks
The ranked map and the first win identified. The fastest route from mandate to plan.
Strategy and Governance, 6 to 8 weeks
The full assessment: map, ROI models, governance design, roadmap.
Advisory retainer
Ongoing senior counsel as the program scales: vendor evaluation, architecture review, sequencing decisions.
What this is not.
We do not produce hundred-slide decks, maturity models, or transformation narratives. If what you need is internal alignment material, there are firms that do that well. Our consulting exists to precede building, and it is judged by whether what we recommended actually shipped and paid back.
